PAYMENT
All prices listed on this site are in US dollars. Shipping is not included in the price. All duties, tariffs and taxes due in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me at sigurdur.olafsson@yahoo.com for further information and payment options.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping depends on the size of the painting and what country you live in. There are several shipping options available. Please contact me for a quote and I will get back to you as soon as possible. The artworks are insured, carefully wrapped and placed in a secure shipping box and you will receive a tracking number. I will arrange shipping within a maximum of five working days after receiving payment.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return a painting for some reason you can contact me within 14 days of receiving the package. The artwork must be carefully unpacked, and I recommend retaining the packaging in case of returns. Please note that you are responsible for delivering the package back to me in a secure and timely manner at your own cost. As soon as I receive the painting in perfect condition I will transfer funds back to you (i.e. to the amount of the original price of the painting, the original shipping cost is not refundable).

It is very important to me that you feel comfortable and safe when purchasing artwork from me. I therefore handle all sensitive information, such as personal information, according to current GDPR regulations.
Please note that the colors and textures of a painting can not always be captured correctly in a photograph. All artwork is photographed by myself and I try to show my artwork as faithfully as possible. However, the color settings and brightness you may have on your monitor or your phone's screen can vary from the original painting. If you wish to receive additional photographs of a particular painting or if you have any questions, please contact me and I will try to accommodate your wishes.
I reserve the right to change the contents of these terms and conditions and any factual errors that might occur on this website. Information on prices and availability will be updated regularly.
